Calm and Strength

Welcome, Divine Mother.
I am Yogini Shiva, and my mission is to create a more beautiful and loving world—one mother at a time.
When a mother learns to love herself deeply, she nurtures a family, a community, and a new universe into being.
Through prenatal and postnatal yoga, I guide expecting and new mothers to embody their sacred feminine energy, connect with their changing bodies, and awaken the abundant love that already resides within.
Know this deeply:
🌸 You are Divine.
🌸 The Goddess lives within you.
🌸 You are the Creator of Life—the Universe flows through every breath you take.
This is more than a yoga practice. This is a return to your truth.

What do I need to bring for a class?
Just bring a yoga mat, a cushion or bolster (if you have one), water, and your beautiful self. For online classes, find a quiet space where you feel safe and supported.

Absolutely. These classes are created especially for beginners, with simple movements and guided breathwork. All you need is willingness and love for yourself.
When can I start prenatal yoga?
You can begin prenatal yoga after your first trimester, typically around 12–14 weeks. Always check with your healthcare provider first. My sessions are gentle, supportive, and designed for all levels.
